Permanently deletes a group. It cannot be undone.
Notes
Users, who belong to the deleted group will automatically get the 0 Group Key. This means they will be assigned to 'None' (default) group.
The following are the examples of HTTP status codes including errors that API can generate
Response codes | Response content | Description |

200 OK | The group has been deleted successfully. | |
